1. Introduction
Safety and security of students is a greatest concern of any school management as well as parents of all students. This is why we have deployed RFID based Attendance System Solution to keep school management and parents aware about student’s current position while in transit and their arrival time at destination.
This system will facilitate the parents to keep track of their parents from their pickup points to school and school to drop point all times and monitors their status. RFID will help to take the attendance of students into the bus real time.
eTel RFID Student Attendance Cloud Platform includes Data Server platform and Reader. The data server platform is server PC which put on service center; the reader will install on each school gate and bus. Reader based on GPRS/3G wireless or wired IP network, send the data to server. it reaching for the remote RFID TAG data acquisition, storage, control, and thus all the RFID reader centralized monitoring and management, display operating status of each device, the alarm information, signal strength, unity and TAG information stored in an SQL database, support export reports in real time, easy for user to control the device and store the TAG data.
RFID Student Attendance Cloud Platform to store RFID TAG using SQL database, and supports 3 type of TAG ID format display, selectable as decimal (DEC), hexadecimal (HEX), ASCII code to display TAG ID number, provide export the TAG report as specified device, time period, meet the users special report requirements.
Student Attendance Cloud Platform supports both C/S (Client/Server) and B/S (Browser/Server, Web-based) structure; C/S is use for manage reader device, B/S is user for manage school, student, report etc. the Parents would receive student attendance SMS or Email everyday.
Reader management, Data Monitoring Centre (C/S):
Base on windows PC, through client software Famer, direct access to the data center server, 7 * 24-hour run. Support RFID reader remote control, parameter setting, status query, remote photograph, LED issue, Add/Remove reader, add/delete users, user authorization, statistics report etc., it's suitable for use as data monitoring center.
School, Student Management, TAG Data, Report (B/S):
User is able to directly through any browser to access the Student Attendance Cloud Platform WEB address, remote query the belong students attendance status, report, SMS&Email sent record. Administrator is able to add/delete users, user authorization, statistics report all function.

Absence student notification
School attendance cloud system is not only able to view student IN/OUT of school status, and also send student absence notification to his parents via SMS & Email.

Stable performance, support 10,000 Readers
Server is distributed system architecture, independent functional part operation, stable performance, the server supports 10,000 Reader running at the same time; when the reader exceeds the limit, just increasing server to approach the expansion.
Multiple report formats output
Cloud platform supports multiple report, includes student TAG report, absence student report, send log report etc. it can export the report in EXCEL format.
Support GPS
Student Attendance Cloud Platform support store the GPS coordinates information, when RFID reader (supports GPS function), the TAG data will be sent with the GPS information to the management platform at the same time, the platform will store the ID number + GPS information, so that in the report we can know the exact GPS location when user TAG. The platform support show the exactly location on Google map as well.
Support multiple languages
RFID cloud management platform supports English, Chinese, and can be customized language according to customer demand.
Remote configuration and control
C/S Famer management platform can remotely manage and configure reader, or even restart the reader, including: defense, not defense, view status, view the version information, set the port alarm value, restart etc.
Support third part SMS gateway
Student attendance management platform supports the third-party SMS gateway, just fill in the link address of the third-party SMS gateway, platform can send SMS out, thereby saving the cost of SMS. Follow the communication protocol of SMS gateway, we can integrate into the cloud management platform.
Student information management, Import/Export
Student attendance system platform support schools, class, student management, and support student information import/export function, it’s easy to organize a large number of student information.
Rights Management
Management platform support multi-polar rights management, general users can only operate their own school/class, Super users can assign administrative privileges to the specified user.
